The Rioters Return
Readers of Jason’s Newsletter know exactly what’s happening…and what must be done to stop it.
Say what you will about Tim Walz and his fellow Democrats in the Land of 10,000 Lunatics. They’re trendsetters.
Five years after Minneapolis exported a new era of mayhem not seen since the Watts riots of 1965, the City of Angels is now being wracked by violence and thuggery again. Boy, didn’t see that coming.
And just as Walz & Co. did in the face of epic destruction from BLM during the George Floyd riots, California’s political ‘leadership’ is standing down and doing their level best “not to engage” the lawless criminals taking the streets.1
Governor Gavin Newsom said “California didn't have a problem ‘until Trump got involved.’”2 Really. Not to be outdone, Los Angeles part-time Mayor Karen Bass said the President’s National Guard deployment was a "chaotic escalation."3
And doing her best to remind voters once again why they don’t vote for imbeciles, Kamala Harris called the stone throwing, cinder block dropping, burning carnage “overwhelming peaceful.”4
Of course, none of this is about protesting anyway. Whether in the Twin Cities, Los Angeles or Newark, Democrats and their violent counterparts (otherwise known as their base) are willfully interfering with federal law enforcement officials at Immigration and Customs Enforcement or ICE.
That, my friends—above and beyond the derelict failure of local politicians to keep the citizenry safe—is a federal crime which may require more than calling up the National Guard.
No one dare call it an ‘insurrection,’ however, "To the extent that protests or acts of violence directly inhibit the execution of the laws, they constitute a form of rebellion against the authority of the government of the United States."5
What else would you call a violent group of transnational criminals replete with foreign flags and money? Indeed, in support of the L.A. rioting, Antifa International quickly called for open border anarchists to ‘mobilize ’ at the San Francisco ICE facility.6
Yes, the same Antifa that miraculously has the resources used to organize and assist nearly every disruption across the country for a decade.7
All part of an an ugly ‘war on law enforcement’ that includes George Soros-funded ‘social justice’ prosecutors who summarily drop any charges and put criminals back on the street.8
Now tell me again, Gavin, who’s the ‘threat to democracy’?
Let’s cut the crap. Contrary to what their media enablers would have you believe, these are not ‘protestors,’ but violent thugs and should, at long last, be treated as such.
The same applies to elected Democrats (and a few local judges) who insist on giving aid and comfort to what the ‘greatest generation’ would have surely described as treason.
One is tempted to ask: what don’t you understand about the word ‘illegal’? But the Democrat apologists understand it completely; it’s America they don’t like.
Which is nothing new these days, thanks to the cultural Marxism that has fed the ‘revolution’ for far too long. Something we have documented time and again at Jason’s Newsletter.
Here..
Outlaws
We’ve written many times here at Jason’s Newsletter about the specious lawfare campaign directed at Donald Trump. Democrats thought it a clever way to disguise an insidious lust for jailing their political opponents. But as those cases collapsed one-by-one, they started to see the writing on the wall.

Blue State Madness
Tim Walz doubled down on failure by taking his show on the road and reminding voters one more time why they rejected him. But don’t look for the emasculated Governor to change his mind. In fact, Walz is even teeing things up for a third term in Minnesota.
and here.
The Riot And Its Aftermath
Rep. Angie Craig (D-MN) received the appropriate sympathy after a disturbed, repeat offender with no known address attacked her on Capitol Hill. But the ensuing media coverage of the Minnesota Congresswoman has deliberately omitted her own voting record on crime and public safety.
Outgoing Minnesota Senator Tina Smith may have kicked it all off when she so irresponsibly fanned the flames during the Floyd riots by encouraging more “righteous protest” and declaring, “there is something dangerously wrong with the role that police play in our society.”9
Rep. Angie Craig, who hopes to replace her, not only voted to eliminate qualified immunity for police officers but co-sponsored H.R. 1280, the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act of 2021.10
Their handiwork is alive and well in California today.
So much so that not long ago, an LAPD union leader warned tourists to stay away because the city isn’t safe. The National Fraternal Order of Police decried, “The spewing of anti-police rhetoric by some political and media figures as well as the failed policies of rogue prosecutor and judges are placing our officers in greater danger. This culture of lawlessness must stop!”11
Here’s hoping Trump sees that it does. Indeed it must. The choice, as Justice Jackson so famously reminded us, is not between liberty and order. No, “the choice is between liberty with order or anarchy without either.”12

Terminiello v. Chicago, 337 U.S. 1 (1949).
I dont' see a lot of dead protesters, brains splattered all over the pavement, so there is no reason to think that the rioting will end or that anything substantial will be done to stop it or remove a significant portion of the 70 million illegal aliens roaming throughout the US.
The rioters at Trump's first inauguration were all released without charge, so the signal went out that there is no consequence for riotous behavior. Meanwhile, POS PsOC can drag truck drivers out of their rig and through cinderblocks onto his head, or now throw rocks at passing vans and the best that Bondi can come up with is to say they know who it is and they are going to arrest him. Yeah, right.
Trump's problem is that he has too much affection for blue collar people like the ones that build his buildings, so he has a blind spot when it comes to worthless scraps of human(?) garbage from everywhere but western europe because he thinks that they just want a better life. Kind of like Patel and Bongino's blind spot regarding their respect for the Institution of the FBI rather than viewing it as an outhouse that needs to be excavated out of existence, period, replaced with nothing becasue Police Powers belong to the States.
Homan and Trump talk a big game about arresting Newsom, but so far no cuffs have been placed on him. And Trump if FINALLY getting around to thinking about maybe possible considering whether it might be a good idea to tax remittances.....? That should have been step on his first day of his first term.
Kent State on a gigantic scale is what is needed. A few semi trailer loads of POS corpses should be enough to convince the others to pack up and either leave the protest or leave the country.
