Minnesota goes off the deep end on abortion and everything else.

Minnesota’s enactment of the most extreme pro-abortion legislation in the nation by Democrats who control state government is notable on several fronts.

First, it reveals that for all the handwringing about the Dobbs decision, nationwide access to abortion was never going to be extinguished. The High Court in South Carolina has already struck down statehouse attempts at first trimester restrictions and Minnesota has now become the first state to dramatically expand access beyond even Roe via statutory law.¹

It’s not that surprising given a sitting legislator in St. Paul is the CEO of Planned Parenthood North Central States, which is enjoying a profitable uptick in ‘business.’²

Second, the ‘PRO’ third-trimester abortion bill—signed by a Governor adept at disguising his unrelenting extremism—is merely the latest in a string of initiatives by a DFL (Democrat Farm Labor) Party intent on keeping Minnesota at the epicenter of the nation’s seemingly inexorable march towards depravity.

Consider, in the span of just weeks, the DFL has gone carbon-free, restored felon-voting rights, banned discrimination based on hairstyle and made Juneteenth a state holiday. They also seek to grant healthcare for illegals and make the state a trans refuge for gender-transitioning treatments, no doubt at the behest of their corporate ‘health care’ contributors.

Oh, and you better not object in dystopian Minnesota because the Department of Human Rights wants to track your ‘hate speech.’³ You might even get another letter from the Attorney General informing you the Board of Medical Practice wants to investigate your medical license if you questioned the state’s disastrous COVID response.⁴
