Pass the popcorn and try a different TV news channel. But I don't think that is going to help unless the folks in blue states suffer enough pain.

Every governor is tasked with protecting citizens and their property. And that must translate into fighting crime and criminals. The governor and state legislators need to change laws to protect citizens from being taken advantage of and demand that the governor enforce criminal laws thru government officials, police and sheriffs. Sounds simple. But it's not happening in our biggest cities. Those Soros backed city attorneys and many state Atty Generals need to be tossed out.

Citizens need to step up and vote to DEEP SIX the Alvin Bragg types and his minions. Additionally the governor of New York could slam the door on him.

The amount of guns being purchased by law abiding citizens has skyrocketed over the last ten years. But the law specifies that unless you are under threat of GREAT BODILY HARM in most cases you cannot shoot someone for committing a property crime unless the perp is also armed and a threat.

So bail laws need to be reinforced. Judges have to get tougher on sentencing. The police need to have their hands untied. People need to be kept safe and not subject to crimes against their homes and businesses. But until current weak state and local office holders are voted out my popcorn needs butter.

Minneapolis is a complete disaster when a policeman is charged by the DA for shooting a convicted felon in order to prevent a fellow officer from being murdered. How do these miscreants keep getting voted in? It's a disgrace.

As usual, I agree Bob, but worried ‘bout Austin!

You are right to be. The Texas city exception. Austin is run by obtuse leftists. I was complaining about the refusal of voters to vote with common sense. Austin the poster boy. Crime got so out of control that the governor sent in state law enforcement to fill in the large gaps in the police force. And the citizens of Austin got mad and wanted them removed. No dice. My son lives in town and complains. We live in the Southern suburbs near a small rural cowboy town named Dripping Springs. And many of the folks living there are well healed(Meaning armed). Constitutional carry in Texas. I sleep very sound at night. I have never seen a BLM sign. Just American flags.
