It wasn’t that long ago that radical activists at ProPublica took possession of “a massive trove of [IRS] tax information” in order to target its political enemies, including Donald Trump.
Anyone remember the puerile 'Indivisible' groups crashing and threatening Republican town halls (including mine) which set the stage for Democrats to finally endorse rioting in the name of justice for George Floyd. It’s no surprise violent protests continue today on campus.
Oh, and do we even need to mention the COVID-era ‘rules for thee, but not for me’? Or the unprecedented contempt of Congress lawfare directed at MAGA Republicans like Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon while Democrats, the latest of which is Attorney General Merrick Garland (and Eric Holder or Lois Lerner before him), scoff at the legislative branch with impunity.
Yep, this week we saw the same left-wing reprobates who demand respect for runaway state courts going after Donald Trump continuing to unleash vitriolic threats against the Supreme Court. All the while the same Party that deliberately abused the justice system to spy and prosecute its opponents now openly fretting about the tables being turned on them if the Trump trend towards a second term continues.
“Consequently,” as I wrote in the previous Jason’s Newsletter above, “all the DMC has left…is a shopworn argument of ‘hey, two wrongs don’t make a right.’ But that truism evaporates into thin air once you realize that those who committed the ‘first’ wrong are intent on doing it over and over again.”
Yet the rationale for ‘the purge’ isn’t revenge. It is the unsettling fact that there is no ‘loyal opposition’ on the part of an anarcho-Marxists consumed by a double-standard. There is only disloyal opposition to what the American ideal used to stand for. As Alito himself acknowledged, we have arrived at a point where “there are differences on fundamental things that really can’t be compromised.”
And lawlessness is one of them.

Then there is Trump CFO Weisselberg. Letitia James found him guilty for overestimating the value of a triplex at Trump Tower and he paid a million bucks. Then James sifts through his personal records like a rat in a dumpster and nails him on non-payment of taxes for business perks with the Trump Organization and sends him to Rikers Island for 5 months in 2023. In April 2024, Bragg says he's lying on the deposition with James in 2020 and - yup, back in Rikers for 5 months! His real crime - he refused to testify against Trump on lies they built and coerced him to agree with and he declined.
Bannon is going to prison for 4 months for refusing to testify in the lying ABC clown show known as the January 6 sub-committee, where Hutchinson lied about Trump grabbing the steering wheel, yet the junk dogs of the committee refused to allow the Secret Service to testify that she lied, then 2 of the Capitol Hill police officers lied about their whereabouts on January 6 after the tapes revealed they were not where they said they were and were not attacked. Not surprisingly, there they were, both of them, with Robert DiNero outside of the courthouse where the Trump trial is being held. The best part of this shitshow was someone recognized them and screamed "Liars"! Then as they do in NY, a guy stands in front of DiNero and says "DiNero you're a f**king Mook"! Great TV, and so bad for Biden's crime industry as DiNero loses his shit. Honestly, it was like the Lincoln Project and the goofballs with tiki torches standing by Glenn Youngkin's bus when he was running for Gov. of VA.
Finally, Trump will be sentenced in this kangaroo jury trial for a crime no one can define. It will be 4 days before the RNC Convention. Republicans scream to forget the convention and do it digitally and vote Trump in before the sentencing. It won't stop the judge, but it puts a fine point to what is actually happening! Election interference like we've never seen!
So, in NY there are 24 judges. They are on rotation and the judge is pulled randomly for a case. But for Trump, Bannon and Weisselberg, we have the pleasure of having the biggest most bias fool who is a family court judge, and is an "acting" judge not on the rotation. What a disgusting display of a complete breakdown of the law and the mocking of the Constitution and a judicial system they would envy in Zimbabwe.
Soon, the SCOTUS will rule on cases which hopefully will take the wind out of the sails of the DOJ's hunt to destroy Trump. Hopefully the Justices agree that the Sarbanes-Oxyley Act born out of the Enron collapse, was illegally used against Fischer who was charged with this obstruction of justice during January 6. If so it will impact hundreds of defendants of J6 along with Trump. Then the big one - will they agree that Trump has presidential immunity for his actions during his term as President. Both cases will be the most earth shattering to the Biden Administration in their quest for the continuing abuse of power against a President and the American people who were in, around, or standing on the grass outside the Capitol on January 6, 2021. Hopefully justice will be served!
And, just as a side note, when Trump wins, he chooses his DOJ wisely and he or she sets upon the judges, AGs, DAs, and 51 intelligence officials who have tried to destroy our Republic. It will surely be time for accountability at the highest levels who have weaponized our system of justice, including Biden himself. And, in that regard, Biden better hope the SCOTUS finds that the former President is granted immunity during his time in office because, if not, there will be a reckoning, at the very least, for what Biden did in Afghanistan!

If you try to list ALL of the examples of habitual lying,injustice,unfairness,half truths, immorality and, criminality displayed by the Democrats over the last three and a half years you will go BLIND. And if you daily watched a Joy Reid or Rachel Maddow on MSNBC or any of the panels assembled on CNN you would become catatonic.
Trump has come on extremely strong in the last couple of weeks while Biden has completely disassembled. Trump is becoming successful at reaching traditional blue enclaves. And the DRIVE BY cable stations have gone off the rails.
Trump uses the word "Revenge", in the context that he wants all Americans to become successful. And Rachel Maddow now claims that if Trump wins, she is preparing to be executed or arrested and sent to a re-education camp. Trump states that the economy in Milwaukee is horrible. And it's reported that Trump hates Milwaukee. These people have forsaken any claim to professional ethics.
But yesterday took the prize. A CNN reporter interviews Trump supporters and asks them whether the US is a democracy? Trump voters are educated, and sophisticated. They understand citizenship. And they all reply that "America is a republic." They know that we practice democracy thru a constitutionally based representative govt. And CNN turns this around and makes it appear as if GOP voters are against democracy. This was very difficult to watch.
CNN succeeds because you average CNN watcher and or pundit or guest expert couldn't pass an American citizenship test.
We have a massive problem. The Democrats and their minions now go beyond the unfair editing of stories or failure to show both sides of an issue. They are now crusaders against any form of the truth.
There is nothing they will not attempt in order to maintain power. Biden has weaponized the entire security apparatus of the federal govt. The Dems are determined to stop Trump anyway they can. I worry that Trump's life maybe in danger.
