We’ve written many times here at Jason’s Newsletter about the specious lawfare campaign directed at Donald Trump. Democrats thought it a clever way to disguise an insidious lust for jailing their political opponents. But as those cases collapsed one-by-one, they started to see the writing on the wall.

In fact, during recent oral arguments at the Supreme Court, justices even pondered putting the kibosh on the postmodern legal practice of ‘nationwide injunctions.’1 Letting a single district court judge (not the high court or even an appellate panel) overrule the chief executive and the nation that elected him was nifty, but always suspect.

The fact is the lawfare pretense hid an anarcho-Marxist radicalism within the imprimatur of a legal proceeding. Now that option seems to be fading, so the revolutionaries are revealing their true colors once and for all.

They are outlaws.
